We are relocating to Cork this summer as my husband has accepted a permanent consultant position in CUH, and I will be applying to work there as an ICU nurse once we are settled in the area. We have three children who are age 1, 5 and 7, and who we have confirmed school places for.
Apart from a couple of years as owner occupiers, we have been renting for 12 years as we have had to move around a lot, and can provide references confirming prompt payment of rent each month, and handing back properties in pristine condition. Im Single, I don’t smoke and i dont have pets, i like to keep the house very tidy and clean thats why i never liked living in a shared accommodation.
Im working full time job, very quit and tidy , i have maintained very good relationship with my landlords and Neighbor, im ready to pay the deposit and rent and move immediately
