I am a wife and a mother of 3. I' m a nurse in Cork University Hospital for alomost 19 years and with a permanent contract . My husband and my eldest son works as a permanent employee. My 2nd son is working full-time in digital marketing and at the same time in full 3rd level education. My youngest is in full-time secondary education. We have been living in Ireland for almost 19 years , originally from the Philippines. We would make to be great tenants because we have been renting comfortably for the past number of years.
We have no issues or problems with previous landlord, We are good tenants. We have the quality of responsiveness, we communicate well and inform them with any concerns or issues.
We also keep up with our timely payments, never missing a payment date.
We also take cleanliness as a quality within our dwelling, we take pride in keeping a well-maintained living space.
I also would say that we are respectful of neighbors and maintain a peaceful living environment avoiding any disturbances.
