My name is Matthew, I am a 28 year old doctor from Dublin relocating to Cork in July to start working in CUH. I am a homeowner in Dublin with my girlfriend Saoirse who is an account executive in a tech sales company and our excellently dog Bruno. Saoirse works from home and so not having a garden is not an issue for us as she brings him outside whenever required, as is our routine at our home in Dublin. We will be renting out our property while we live in Cork which puts us in the unique position of knowing exactly what it is landlords expect from tenants.
