I have 11 yrs old dog...she will be 12 this year. she got references too!!! My previous landlord loved her so much that he got a dog when we moved out! She sleeps most day and after har surgery she can't even really bark. Missing half of her teeth and has arthritis so she doesn't climb furniture anymore. It doesn't sound too good but she's my heart dog and my everything. A family member. She's house trained and crate trained as well. It's her safe space and she's staying in it while I'm working. She can also stay outside in a secure dog run I'm blessed with her, she never destroyed anything. Jesus sounds very bad but...she's my baby.
