We are a group of three young couples seeking accommodation in Cork, ideally close to the city center, Bishopstown or with easy access to public transport. Two of us are PhD researchers—one at University College Cork (UCC) and one at Munster Technological University (MTU)—and one is a nursing officer at Cork University Hospital (CUH). We are financially stable and responsible professionals in early 30s, dedicated to maintaining a peaceful, tidy, and well-kept living environment. We take pride in keeping the property in excellent condition and are respectful of shared spaces and neighbors. References can be provided upon request.
