My wife is originally from Athlone, Co Westmeath and we have recently moved back home to Ireland after working abroad. We do not have any pets and we are looking for a nice home in a residential area, close to amenities with with at least 2 bedrooms (preferrably 3). Owning a property which has been successfully rented in the UK for over 9 years I have a great understanding of what it means to have the good tenants.
