I work with Nhat (Sunny) at Clearstream, where he is an excellent Project Manager—responsible, well-organized, friendly, and always supportive. I have met his wife through our trips discovering Kinsale and Culture Night, and I can confidently say he and his wife are a responsible and thoughtful couple who would make excellent tenants. Sunny has lived in Cork since 2021. He holds an MBA from the USA and an MSc from UCC, while his wife earned her MSc from UCD. They maintain a tidy home, manage bills responsibly, and lead an eco-friendly lifestyle. Planning to settle in Cork long-term, they would treat your property with care. I’m happy to recommend Sunny (Nhat TRAN) as both a tenant and a housemate. We’ve been housemates for more than 2 years, and he’s been an absolute pleasure to share a home with. Sunny is a responsible and neat person, and he makes sure the house is kept in clean and good conditions. He is punctual in paying rents and bills, and he is always there to help when something in the house needs fixing or organising. Sunny is one of the most hardworking people who I know. Even with his busy full-time job, he finds time to study courses including MBA, play piano, exercise, and help others when they need it. He’s very easy to talk to and genuinely listens whenever I have time to chat, making him a great presence in the house. He loves cooking especially making delicious Asian food and amazing coffee.
