I would really like to discuss the following if possible

Ideally a place of my own. I would consider flat-share with ensuite double and no more than one other tenant. I am a smoker but I would appreciate a non-smoking home as this would help my effort to quit. A balcony would be a nice-to-have but not a game stopper if there is ample natural light from windows. I would also appreciate a higher floor if it is a flat.
